Become a Kringlefest Vendor!

Join us for Kringlefest and be part of a Christmas celebration that feels like stepping right into a Hallmark holiday moment!

Vendors are invited to set up a stand, showcase their products, and enjoy a festive day filled with holiday spirit and community—all while supporting EmpowerStride, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Vendor Fee: $30 per space

Vendor spaces may be located inside our barns, under our large party tents, or outdoors using your own tent. Electricity is available, and space heaters are permitted within vendor spaces.

Vendors must provide their own tables, stands, and display materials. Registration and payment are required to secure your space. Set-up may take place on Saturday or on the morning of Kringlefest and must be completed by 10:00 a.m.

Your participation in Kringlefest does more than make the day merry and bright! Proceeds from the event benefit EmpowerStride and help us continue providing meaningful horse-centered programs and experiences to those we serve.
